Haest C&E | Cable Calculation & Engineering

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Haest C&E, registered in Belgium (VAT: BE 1014.254.863). "Services" refers to electrical cable calculation and engineering consultation. "Client" refers to any individual or organization requesting Services.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides electrical cable calculations for solar installations, electric vehicle charging stations, and commercial/industrial electrical systems. All calculations are based on documentation provided by the Client. Services are ordered exclusively through the SPOQ platform (spoq.digital).

3. Pricing and Payment

Fixed price packages: Solar/EV calculations at €500 (includes up to 3 electrical boards). Additional boards: €200 per board. Large installations (50+ boards): Custom quote. On-site visits are charged at €110/hour including transport. Payment terms are as specified on the SPOQ platform.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate and complete documentation. If documentation is incomplete, an on-site visit may be required at additional cost. The Client is responsible for verifying final installations and ensuring proper execution of the calculated specifications.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days. Urgent requests may be accommodated at additional cost. Calculations are delivered in PDF format with full technical documentation.

6. Liability

Calculations are provided based on information supplied by the Client. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete input data. The Company is not responsible for third-party installation work. Maximum liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service.

7. Revisions

One revision is included in the fixed price. Additional revisions are billed at €110/hour.

8. Confidentiality

All project data and technical documentation remain confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent from the Client.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Contact information is used solely for service delivery and communication regarding your projects.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
